Our company was formed in the late months of 2002, Kandy Heal began business January, 2003 as a sole proprietor company. In April, 2003 we became a corporation. HEAL Staffing, Inc. is operated by Larry and Kandy Heal, husband and wife team since January, 2004.
In August, 2004 we became a PEO, Professional Employer Organization. We are members of both local Chambers and the California Chamber of Commerce, the information available through these resources is readily available for distribution to our clients as needed. We are proud to have a strong in-house staff to help provide excellent service for our clients.
We have worked hard to provide the best employees for our employers and assist in any areas needed for each individual client worksite. We are happy to research and investigate for answers we don’t already have to questions our clients present regarding employment issues, human resources, laws and requirements that change so often.
