We bill on an hourly basis for each employee. Our total hourly billing includes payroll processing, all associated payroll taxes, workers compensation insurance, unemployment benefits, human resource management and assistance for client sites, safety awareness, employee screening and placement processing. We offer an “employee guarantee” which means if you are unhappy with our placement for any reason, we will send a replacement for that position and the first 2 hours of work performed by our replacement is free. We stand by our commitment to do our best to send satisfactory workers to job assignments.
