When we offer a position we will provide a brief job description, location, work schedule, estimated length of assignment and wage offer. At that time it is up to you to accept or reject the assignment offer. If you say no, this will not be held against you in any way and we will continue to offer you positions as they become available as long as you wish. If you say yes, we strongly expect your full attention to the assignment in following through to completion. You are expected to show up on time, dressed appropriately, ready to work at your scheduled time.
There is no tolerance of personal dilemmas causing interruptions to our clients work schedules. If there is any reason to interrupt your scheduled arrival or work day on an assignment, you must call our office immediately. You are expected to call the HEAL office of your placement and report any changes in your assignment duties, schedule, etc. We will communicate and coordinate the best solution for our client. We are pleased to send out qualified and reliable employees, this is the requirement to accept work through our agency.
